This report presents the audit observations and recommendations on the utilisation of funds issued under Catastrophe Containment and Relief Trust (CCRT) Facility from June 2020 to April 2022 as approved by International Monetary Fund (IMF) Executive Board. Specifically focus on the audit of transfer of received grant from the Bank of Tanzania accounts to Government Consolidated Fund, subsequent transfer through exchequer issues to implementing agencies, and ultimately appropriateness of fund utilisation by implementing agencies to achieve intended objectives.
