Follow-up Report on the Implementation of Controller and Auditor General’s Recommendations

The Follow-Up Report aimed to assess the implementation of the Controller and Auditor General’s recommendations issued from the 12 tabled Performance Audit Reports in 2020. A total of 137 recommendations were assessed, with 22% being fully implemented, 58% partially implemented, 19% not implemented, and 11% overtaken by events. The report recommends that the Prime Minister's Office ensure that ministries, independent departments, agencies, and local government authorities establish a sound governance structure for tracking and monitoring the implementation of the Controller and Auditor’s General recommendations.
